An expert in the development and marketing of services, Nicholas has generated a portfolio of tools, data and services which help companies go to market more effectively and efficiently.

As Vice President, Global Distribution Channel Strategy for IBM, he was responsible for channel strategy and development and the effective use of distribution channels. He joined IBM as Director of Channels and Business Partner Management EMEA from Azlan Group, the pan-European value added distributor of network computing products and services, serving five thousand resellers across Europe.

Nicholas has a masters degree in economics from Kings College, Cambridge. He is a committee member of The Dialogue Trust, which supports the application of the median group to promote dialogue with prisoners and with communities.
